We are the data controller for this information and are committed to handling it in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

When you submit our contact form we collect the information you choose to provide:

Email address
Phone number (optional)
Company name (optional)
The service you are interested in and the project details you describe

We also automatically receive technical data such as your IP address, which is used transiently for security and anti-spam (rate limiting and CAPTCHA verification).

2. How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and provide the information or services you request.
To communicate with you about your project and our services.
To protect the website and prevent spam or abuse.

3. Legal basis

We process the data you submit on the basis of your consent (given when you tick the consent box) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

4. Sharing & processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the website and deliver your message, namely:

Microsoft Azure — website and serverless hosting.
Resend — email delivery of your enquiry to our inbox.
Cloudflare — Turnstile anti-spam verification.

These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to respond to and follow up on your request, and to meet legal or business record-keeping needs, after which it is deleted.

6. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at tformai99@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

7. Security

Your message is sent over HTTPS and submitted to a server-side endpoint that validates and sanitises input. API keys and credentials are stored as server-side secrets and are never exposed in the website.

8. Cookies

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a strictly necessary token to perform its anti-spam check.
